Strawberries - The heavy rains appear to be behind us and the forecast looks pretty good for the next ten days. The plants out of the Southern California growing region are pushing their second set of fruit; therefore we should see larger fruit. The counts will be in the 14 to 16 range. The quality of the fruit should be better with a good sheen and color. Major rain showers are not forecasted anytime soon, so volume should start to ramp up next week. March should be a great month to promote.
